PQ Mental Fitness Program

The program begins on Saturdays with the launch of a video by Shirzad Chamine, Stanford researcher and developer of PQ.

Before the program start, you will receive an invitation to create a profile, complete the PQ & saboteur assessments and download the PQ app. The app will serve as your guide through the 6-week program, will record your PQ progress, and provide access to Shirzad's book Positive Intelligence as well as weekly videos.

I will facilitate a weekly 1-hour coaching session to support your practices, learning, and shifts. Group coaching will be the format for each session. Day/time TBD based on participants' schedules.
